Town Center

The first phase of Tartesso will be just a few miles from Tartesso Town Center, a planned regional commercial center. Located at the northeast corner of I-10 and Sun Valley Parkway, it will be the largest shopping locale in the West Valley at 4 million square feet of retail space. Stardust Development is partnering with Toronto-based Centrecorp to build Tartesso Town Center.

The project would include:

• Two neighborhood shopping centers
• Two power centers
• A lifestyle center similar to SanTan Village in Gilbert, AZ
• An auto mall
• A movie theater
• A hospital and medical facilities
• Hotels
• Residential units
